Milk Production Process

Our milk is collected from local farms daily; when it arrives at our processing plant it goes through a series of processes to ensure our products are the best quality. The raw milk is pasteurised and homogenised before it is packed and delivered to our retailers and consumers.
In pasteurisation, milk is heated at a high temperature for a specific amount of time. This process kills bacteria and increases the shelf life of the milk with little or no effect on the nutrient content of milk. Homogenisation breaks up and disperses fat throughout the milk, which produces a smooth and uniform texture.
